Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frames. To reduce our environmental impact, we aim to send all pieces in one delivery. If your order consists of In Stock and Pre Order pieces, we are happy to arrange a split shipment upon request.

Custom Made
Certain products are custom made, with an estimated dispatch 2-4 weeks from the date the order is placed.

If you change your mind, ESVEILED will offer a gift card or refund. Read our returns policy Page at footer.

All of our pieces come with a 6 month manufacturing warranty.

Each piece is packaged in a ESVEILED signature gift box, along with a compostable postage satchel. If multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged in a separate pouch, with just one gift box. Feel free to let us know in the notes section at checkout if you require more than one gift box for separate packaging.

Each piece is designed in house and hand crafted by our global team of artisans in the United States and China. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams whom value responsible working practices. Each ESVEILED piece is carved, cut, filed and polished by hand.

ESVEILED collection releases at times are limited. If the item you are wanting is out of stock, please click the “email when in stock” button on the product page. You will be notified as soon as the piece is available to purchase again. Alternatively email us for further information.

With every purchase, you will receive a ESVEILED gift box, we’ll also tie a ribbon, which is perfect for gifting.

Avoid contact with water and chemicals, which may affect the luster and longevity of your jewelry.

Avoid wearing them in the shower, swimming or exercising to avoid moisture or sweat affecting the material.

After each wear, wipe your jewelry gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove perspiration or grease and keep your jewelry shining.

Occasionally some items will be made available for sale on our website as a Pre Order. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre sale, to allow you to secure the stock.

Pre order will be listed within the product name, along with an estimated ship date in the product description. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you need to update the shipping address, please email us.

Use a jewelry box or velvet bag: The exquisite gift box or soft cloth bag we provide can protect your jewelry well from dust and oxidation. Avoid direct sunlight or humid environment for a long time to avoid affecting the color of the material.

Gently wipe with a clean, soft cloth to restore shine.
